Dear Mission Viejo Families,
Now that I’ve been here for a number of months and have had the time to observe, analyze and restructure the program, it is time to rethink the staff, and their responsibilities, to meet the needs of the program while being mindful of the budget.
Below is the new staffing structure:
Elite, Gold & Silver – Michele Mitchell, Todd Mulzet supported by Ali Scaife and Kim Berbari
Novice & Lessons – Liz Sanchez & Dylan Schuster
Homeschool – Tammy Kent and Kim Berbari
High school/Competitive Blue/Masters & Facility/Technology Manager- Dylan Schuster
Dive Strong – Justin Yee
This staff will remain in place until our growth allows for another full-time coach. Ivan has done a lot for Mission Viejo and carried the team through some very tough times. I thank him for his time and effort to stand strong through it all. I, and the rest of the staff, wish him nothing but the best in his future.
