Beginning Dive Lessons

Beginning Dive Lessons.

Lessons are offered monthly for beginning divers of all ages leading to tryouts for the Novice Team. Lessons are divided into four groups based on skill: BRONZE (beginner), SILVER (intermediate), GOLD (advanced), and CHAMPS (pre-team).

We follow the US Diving sanctioned lesson program, which uses a skills checklist at each level to insure foundational elements have been covered and successfully demonstrated before moving a diver to the next level. Our program is designed to run monthly, in 3- or 4-week sessions. Call 949-380-2538
