We'll be helping high school divers and coaches better prepare for the high school diving season with our training techniques as well as a brush up on high school rules. And for the junior college divers, an opportunity to train in a world class facility with elite level coaching to be better prepared for their college events and nationals.

The Mission Viejo Nadadores Diving Team began in 1977 and within a few short years developed an astonishing, unprecedented record of success. From 1978 to the present the team has produced eight Olympians including legends Greg Louganis, Michele Mitchell, and Wendy Wyland. The team has won 48 National Championships and is the only team ever to sweep all four World Championships in one year.

The 2010 season will be no exception with a strong roster of competitors at every age and skill level. Our athletes train vigorously throughout the week and look forward to competing in their category.
